🌟 Welcome to Social Dynamix
Empowering Neurodiverse Individuals Through Action-Based Connection
At Social Dynamix, we believe that social skills aren't just taught—they're experienced.
Using the powerful methods of Psychodrama, Sociometry, and Improvisational Theater, we help neurodiverse individuals—especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Social Communication challenges—develop real-time, embodied social understanding.
Founded by Carol Feldman-Bass, JD, CP-PAT, Social Dynamix is the first program in the U.S. to specialize in the application of psychodramatic methods with individuals on the autism spectrum. We bring a unique, creative, and compassionate approach to helping people connect—with themselves and others.
🎠What We Do
We offer individual and group programs for teens and adults that blend:
Psychodrama: Using scene-setting, role reversal, and doubling to practice perspective-taking and deepen social-emotional awareness.
Sociometry: Making the invisible visible—exploring group dynamics, belonging, and sameness through action.
Improvisational Theater: Boosting spontaneity, playfulness, and adaptive communication.
Concrete Tools: Visual props and physical space setups that help bypass language barriers and build embodied understanding.
Whether you're a young adult learning how to navigate friendships or a parent hoping to help your child develop more confidence in social settings, we offer a supportive space where learning happens through doing.
đź’ˇ Why It Works
Neurodiverse individuals often struggle not with what to say, but how to relate.
Our approach helps participants:
Understand the impact of tone, space, and timing
Practice empathy by stepping into another’s shoes—literally
Build awareness of body language and unspoken social cues
Translate intention into connection
Through guided scene replays, group reflections, and embodied action, clients discover new, spontaneous ways of engaging—ways that feel authentic, effective, and empowering.
👥 Who We Work With
